Red octopus of some kind. In Japan, they have ways of adding this creature to all imaginable dishes. Order a cold vegetable salad, and chances are the Chef has blessed it with little pieces of red raw octopus. I am not a big fan 
But I have to admit its a beautiful ehrm thing.. being..
